Black raincoats have their place, but not in our closets. This swirling design is by California-based artist Marcia Breznay, skilled in many mediums but drawn the fluidity of alcohol inks. Marcia lives in the Mojave Desert city of Needles, where dramatic sunsets provide inspiration for her striking color palette.
